Crooked Creeks  Favorite ChevonRoast:
Rub the roast with a little olive oil, garlic & pepper the night before you cook it. When you are ready, season it with salt,pepper,parsley & onion. Place it in a small roasting pan with enough water to cover the bottom. Bake UNCOVERED, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. COVER & roast at 250 degrees for about 4 hours. YUMMMEE!                                                                        

                           

           

RECIPE OF THE MONTH

JUICEY CHEVON BURGERS

Add 2 tbls of light olive oil to 1 lb. of ground goat.

 Mix it well and make into patties.

 Fry,Broil or grill
